Essay

The work presents a detailed assessment of morphofunctional correlation of stromal components and hemopoietic cells of red bone marrow in normal state and in burnt lesion. Some new information as for the structure of sinusoidal hemocapillaries and reticular cells, the correlation of the latter and hemopoietic cells has been received. The paper also gives some ideas of ultramicroscopic ascertaining stroma and parenchyma of red bone marrow in the dynamics of burnt lesion. The interaction of arising endogenic intoxication syndrome and red bone marrow structural changes, the origin of anemia in burnt animals have been investigated as well. The results obtained may be applied in developing some effective methods of treating the patients with severe burns on the basis of understanding pathogenetic mechanisms of burn disease.
