The dissertation investigates the bases of entrepreneurial subjects' administrative responsibility and first of all the responsibility of juridical person. The concept of juridical persons' guilt is formulated in the paper, the peculiarities of its estimation are defined. It was grounded the existence of such untraditional bases of administrative responsibility as anti-law condition and civil offence.
