Subject of research - ceramic AlON - SiAlON containing composites, technology of ceramics. Purpose of research - development of the scientifically proved effective ways of creation by methods of powder metallurgy of new composite materials for electrotechnical purposes and technological modes of reception of products by a method of sintering. Research methods and equipment - the simulation, research of properties, experiments in laboratory. Theoretical results and novelty - the new composite materials on the basis of system AlN - Al2O3 (AlON) - SiAlON with high heat resistance and resistance to oxidation are received. Dates about correlation between phase structure, morphology of structure, physical properties, heat resistance and stability(resistance) to oxidation of these containing materials are systematized. Practical results and the novelty - technology of creation of sintered heat-radiators is developed. Degree of introduction - technology is approbated on plant of "Intem Ltd" (Kiev). A branch of application - electric machine industry.
