The results of theoretical and experimental investigations for elaboration of technological utilization process of waste solutions, which contained magnesium sulphate and magnesium chloride, in pure magnesium oxide by ethanolamine means are presented. Kinetic properties of magnesium hydroxide precipitation from magnesium sulphate solutions have been studied. Influence of technological process parameters on degree of separation of magnesium ions from solution and on filtration qualities of obtained magnesium hydroxide have been investigated. The optimal values of parameters were estimated. The modern technological process of obtaining of pure magnesium oxide has been proposed. The economic effectiveness of this process has been demonstrated.
