Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of interconnection between immunity of children who suffered in consequence of Chornobyl disaster and frequency of tuberculosis infectiousness and morbidity. Сonsiderably higher levels of tuberculosis infectiousness and morbidity were established among children residing in districts of Vinnytsia oblast, attributed to the zones of increased radioecological control. The deterioration of ecological situation influences the condition of immunity of children infected with tuberculosis, which is detected with the help of corresponding clinical- anamnestical and laboratory data and requires prescribing them measures aimed at anticipating tuberculosis development as well as immunity condition improvement.
