Gerasymenko Y. The issues of reform of the institute of administrative responsibility.

The dissertation is considered issues concerning notion and legal nature the institute of administrative responsibility, attributes and composition administrative offence, system of the bodies of administrative jurisdiction, administrative penalties from the point of view of their accordance to norms of the Constitution of Ukraine. The dissertation offers the measures concerning the improvement of administrative legislation in the branch of administrative responsibility, in particular, the demarcation of notions "administrative delinquecy" and "administrative offence", the acceptance of new codified legal act in this field, and also the amendments into the current legislation.
