Essay

Investigation of metal shaping by application of electrohydrovlic pulse technology (EPT) is under considaration.Considerable improvement of metal shaping can be obtained in condition of high speed deformation, followed also with metal wave load. Activation of dislocation generation can provide the metal plastification in case deformation is proceeding in sarfase active medium. It was found that in this condition is possible to increase deformation up to rate of 2,5 time. It was investigated also the metal distraction when critical deformation occurred and brittleness and cracks appeared. Developed also algorithm, which shows phenomenological lings when deformation is proceeding in the described condition.
