The dissertation is dedicated to methodical and organizational issues of the effective professional orientation creation as an important element of personnel management in terms of market relation growth in contemporary Ukraine. Socio-economical of professional orientation management is presented and its growth and formation stages and systematized. Professional orientation influence on formation process of peopleware in society, region and manufacture level is proved. Economic transformation consequences concerning professional self-determination motivation aspects of employees' different kinds. New structure model of professional orientation management with suggested taking into account private substructures net creation. The methodical of professional information, consultation and selection maintenance is improved for optimal determination of employees' professional fitness. The dissertation basic results are introduced into economic practice.
