the object of research: industrial enterprises; the aim of research: the theoretical substantiation and working out of methodological recommendations on quarantining an effective functioning of firms in the conditions of production diversification; recommendations, methods and instruments of research: statistics research methods, method of correlate-regressive analysis, method of instant observations, method of hierarchy analysis, system approach, logic generalization, theoretical and practical results: the theoretical substantiation of the conducting diversification in the conditions of lowering or an absentee of the profit were worked out, the process of restructurization of industrial enterprises in the conditions of production diversification was investigate, the methodological way to the choice of marketing strategy of a firm in the conditions of financial deficit is grounded, an estimation criterion of advisability of goods' output from a position of economical possibilities of a commodity produ cer is grounded, the methodic of marketing investigation is worked out, it using the lows of mathematical statistics which allows to research a few groups of goods in a few shops at the same period of time, the methodic of forming of arrange of goods by construction the hierarchies, which allow to count the impact of a consumers' demand is worked out; the subject and the degree of introduction: the developments are introduced at the OSS "The Kharkivs plant of aggregate machines", and are used at the teaching process of "Marketing" subject in the KSUE; the sphere of application: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
