Essay

The aim of work is research of effect of isovalent substitution in cation sublattices of (Ba1-хYх)TiO3 perovskite on the formation conditions and property of positor materials, search the ways of extension of temperature range of ceramic sintering. Chemical, thermal analysis, XRD, ESR, electron microscopy have been used for investigation. Сorrelation between radius of ion and grain size of ceramic is established. The experimental batch of heating elements for diesel fuel filters are synthesized.
