Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of increasing of reliability of furnace membrane watherwalls of gas- and oil-fired stream boilers. The quantitative characteristics of instability of thermal and temperature modes of furnace membrane watherwalls exploifation have been experimentally determined in this work. The thermal stress problem of a finned tube in conditions of a perceived heat flow pulsing have been solved by numerical methods. The calculational technique of resource expenditure of the finned tube of furnace membrane watherwalls with allowance foor the cumulative effect of the creep, thermal fatigue and corrosion factors have been developed.
