Kozhem'yakin S. Clinico-laboratory Findings in Patients with Chronic Pancreatitis and their Correction in the Process of Treatment

As a results of the examination of 120 patients with chronic relapsing pancreatitis, 22 patients with pseudotumorous chronic pancreatitis and 30 healthy person (a norm), the increase of the efficacy of the treatment of indicated forms of chronic pancreatitis has been proved. Methods: biochemical, radioimmunologic, instrumental. The peculiarities of clinico-laboratory find-ings of the state of the pancreas, the disturbances of the contents of prostaglandines in the blood have been revealed in the patients with exacerbation of chronic relapsing and pseudotumorous pancreatitis. It was studied the influence of the different variants of the treatment of indicated forms of pancreatitis on these indexes and the components of kalli-crein-kinine system. The possibility of the us-age of the indexes of the contents of prosta-glandines in the blood has been determined for the diagnosis of their exacerbation. The eficacy of intravenous laser irradiation of the blood has been established in the treatment of pseudot umorous form of chronic pancreatitis. Differential approaches to the usage of different methods of laser therapy were worked out in the treatment of patients with chronic relapsing pancreatitis. Their efficacy has been proved in this disease.
