The dissertation is devoted to description of the finite groups in which all subgroups of non-primary index are metacyclic. Constructive description of the finite nilpotent group such a kind, non-nilpotent dispersive beprimary, threeprimary, fourprimary given groups, and non-dispersive solvable and non-solvable investigated groups are established.
