Optimal conditions for formation of structures are determined, as well as phase compositions and physico-chemical properties of Y-123, Bi-2223 of polycrystalline HTSC ceramics with improved crytical and physico-mechanical properties, Y-123, Bi-2212 and Bi-2223 coatings. An influence of a hydrate shell on parameters of a phase transition in disperse VO2 is found. It is established that a region of a phase transition for hydrated powders of VO2 is in the temperature range of 315<T<340 K and depends on a surfase hydration.
