The dissertation is devoted to investigation of transfer factor (TF) and its activity under irradiation. TF is biologically active substance, that is involved into immune regulation. Firstly the TF radiomodificating effect was established. According to the experimental data the hypothesis of TF radiomodificating activity was stated: TF activates the immune cells and cytokine production, restoring of cell receptors.
