The dissertation is devoted to problem of diagnostics of acute leukemias (AL) with minimal differentiation sings. This heterogenic category of diseases includes myelogenous AL - M0, M5a, M6 and M7 according FAB-classification; lymphoblastic AL (ALL) with atypical expression of myeloid antigens, the presence of single peroxidase-positive blast cells, asynchronic expression of lymphoid antigens.
