Clinical efficacy of semysynthetic macrolid of rovamicin and vobenzym and their therapeutic affects on general clinical symptomatology, immune status, peroxide lipid oxidation processes and hemocoagulation system in focal pneumonia patients with additional risk agents as smoking, alcohol, weight have been studied. Combinel rovamicin and vobenxym application in complex treatment proved to result in guick clinical laboratory symptomatology regress in risk agents 147 patients and to prevent focal, pneumonia chronic form.
