Essay

163 patients with ischemic heart disease and chronic obstructive bronchitis combination were observed. Differential diagnostic criteria of the disease course, the main structural and metabolic changes and new links in the pathogenic effect of enalapril and tiotriasolin have been determined. It was used clinical, functional and biochemical methods. It was shown that using such a medicamental approach allows to lower development of complication risk after myocardial infarction and to increase the patients life quality. The using area is a medicine.
