Zviryaka V. Criminal responsibility for a drive off means of transportation and its prevention

The investigation dealt with criminal-legal problems of prevention of drives off the means of transportation. The main idea of work is the particular object of such crimes. According to this, the article to the new Criminal Code of Ukraine, to the chapter about the encroachment upon the property is suggested. It may be called: "A drive off or capture of the means of transportation" and added with the qualificative features, for example: a drive off with making damage to the victim, committing it several times, a drive off from the guarding parking places, a drive off committed by a person who was punished for the same type of crime excepting the responsibility for the drive off committed in conspiracy with the group of people. 61561
