Essay

Mathematical model that describe plastic deformation and creep under irradiation and its absense (thermal creep) is presented. Irradiation speeds up creep and slows down plastic alternation of the shape. Generalisation of synthesis theory of plasticity on describing irradiatinal process is proposed. On the of synthesis theory of irreversible deformation the model of polycrystalline body unelastic deformation has been built up to describe the effect of irradiation creep conditions of loading, unstationary and stationary creep in a wide range of gomologic temperatures. The defining equations are used for solving the task of defining of the stressed-strained state of cylindrical shell efected by alternated internal pressure under plasticity and creep condition.
