Essay

The material of investigation were the sciatic nerves of 90 puberal rats and corpses of 10 people. 70 animals were performed partial neurotomy of both sciatic nerves after that part of the animals, were kept in conditions of exogenous hyperthermia. The purpose of the work is to receive the system of totality of morphological indexes wich characterise the course of reparative processes in the experementally damaged sciatic nerve in influence of on the organism of the animal of exogenous hyperthermical factor. In the work there were used the histological, electronenmicroscopic and morphometric methods. On the basis of the basis of the reseived data there were inserted the addition to the presentation about the construction of perineural membranes, there was done the description of the blood microcirculatory channel of a separate nerve fascicle. There was determined a positive effect of the general exogenous hyperthermia action on the reparative qualities of the regenerative neuroma. The received result s were inculcated into the educational process at four morphological Chairs of higher educational institutions in Ukraine and they may be used in neurosurgical clinics in the nerve trauma therapy.
