The work is dedicated to an problem of increasing the level of control of uterus and appendages acute inflammation and efficiency of treatment by means of quantitative defenition of phagocytosis activity, antioxidant system, intravascular activation of blood coagulation, and to the possibility of using complexons (xydiphon) as an additional correcting therapy.A new approach had been offered that increases the level of controlling the condition of acute inflammation of uteruses and appendages as well as the level of estimation of treatment efficiency by means of complex quantitative calculation of molecular markers of acute inflammation in blood.
