Bakumenko O. Zemstvo in Russian Empire: Historiography of the problem (II half of XIX-XX centure).

For the first time the thesis studies in complex historiography of Zemstvo in Russian Empire in the II half of ХІХ - XX centuries. It was generalisation of experience in studying the History of Zemstvo by Russian and Ukrainian authors; shows the development degree of studding some problems оf Zemstvo History; it was deduce the evolution of views of scientists about the place and the role of the Zemstvo in the system of power bodies, politic and practice life; determined the factors, wich take influence to development of the studding this problems; defines the main theses and districts in research of Zemstvo history. Is judged, that a some meaning for studding has the Ukrainian researchers, and by its large scale, the historiography of Zemstvo living a deep trace in historiographical process of Russia and Ukraine.
