Essay

The industrial enterprises and research establishments of various spheres of manufacture of the goods and services. A scientific substantiation and development of the complex approach to use of system of strategic marketing as means of maintenance of perspective development of the enterprise with the help of marketing tools and innovation of activity. By methods of research is methods of logic generalization, system approach, economic-mathematical modeling, statistical methods. The contents of categories "marketing activity" and "strategic marketing" are specified. The complex system of strategic marketing, mechanism of interrelation of strategic marketing and innovation of activity at the enterprise is offered. The methodical rules on organization and planning innovation of activity in conditions of strategic marketing and definition priority of the projects are developed. The practical value of the received results is, that their use promotes increase of efficiency of use of potential marketing and innovation of activity in modern conditions; the development are introduced into work "Turboatom" Public Company and Ukrainian Research and Design Institute of Natural Gases (UKRNIIGAS). Sphere of use are the industrial enterprises, research organizations, educational process.
