Optimal conditions for the forming High Temperature Superconducting (HTSC) ceramics Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Oy and coverages from Tl2223 and Tl2212, and optimal formulae for compositional materials poly(chlorthreefluor)ethylene -Tl2223 and poly(vinylchloride)-Bi2223 were defined .It was discovered that a struture of polymer-HTSC system significally changes in correlation with the HTSC-fuller concentration. The targets from Tl2223 and Bi2223 and HTSC vibrometer.
