130 patients with arterial hypertension and 60 their relatives. To establish clinicogenetic differential diagnostic markers, elaboration of prognostic criteria to prognosticate their development in future generations, determination of a clinicogenetic interrelationship between the essential and symptomatic hypertensions. Clinical, genealogical, dermatoglyphic, cytogenetic studies were shown. An algorithm of the disease appearance risk as well as its course has been elaborated and a programme of arterial hypertension patients examination racional sequence has been suggested. The using area is a medicine.
