Kessarijs'ka I. Comparative estimation of operating mines fields and backup areas of Donbass according to complex of mining and geological parameters

This scientific paper is devoted to the problems of forecast comparative estimation of coalfields (mine fields, backup areas, and separate seams). There has been elaborated the united integrated index, which reflects the influence of mining and geological conditions on the results of coal plants’ work. There has also has been elaborated the criterion which allows to estimate the effectiveness of adjustment of single coal seams as well as mine fields as a whole. The main attention was paid to operating enterprises, evaluation of explored areas availability for the new mine building (group «a» reserve) and possible cuttings to operating plants (group «b» reserve). There as been also held the comparative estimation of coalmines’ supplies effectiveness in accordance with the geological industrial regions groups.
