Object of research - low-grade short flax linen fibres. The purpose of a research - development of resourcesaving of technology of processing low-grade short flax linen fibres at linen mills. There has been developed the process of detailed clearing of scraps of breaking in the process of cleaning and decomрo-sition of short filaments at the stage of flax primary processing. The comparative analysis of different methods of decomposition with the purpose of deriving a high-quality filament, suitable for manufacturing yarn and other goods has been conducted.
