A research object is the process of receipt of hemp trusts by spreading of stems of hemp. The receipt of high-quality fibre of hemp is the primary objective of research due to the improvement of technological process of preparation trusts by spreading with the use of additional one by moistening of stems of straw by the electrochemically activated environments. At the decision of the put tasks the complex estimation of change of physico-mechanical indexes and chemical composition of hemp raw material was carried out in the process of spreading under influencing of the electrochemically activated waters environments. For this purpose instrumental methods are in-process applied for the estimation of physico-mechanical indexes of hemp raw material, physical and chemical methods for research of properties of the activated waters environments, methods of quantitative chemical and microbiological analysis, mathematically-statistical method, for planning of experiment and treatment of results of researches. Technology which assists to speed-up development of useful and represses development of harmful microflora is offered, quality of the got hemp fibre rises in the total. Recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of technological process of receipt of hemp trusts by spreading of straw with the additional moistening by the electrochemically activated environments, which include collection of hemp and spreading of straw on the field, moistening by the activated waters environments, turning of ribbon, collection of ready trusts and transporting for processing, that allows to extend the spectrum of application of hemp raw material. Field - hemp-processing field of agroindustrial complex.
