Thesis is devoted to study exposure of the electrical unstability and electrophysiological properties of ventricular myocardium in patients during different periods of progressive angina in dependence from ischemia, structural-functional state of the heart, indices signal-averaged electrocardiography and heart rate variability. 222 patients were observed. Dynamic of the indications of the electrical unstability of ventriculars in different periods of the progressive angina was studied. Factors, which revealing indications of the electrical unstability of myocardium in patients with progressive angina, were determineted. The results of the dissertation are inculcated into practice of department of arrhythmia in the Strazhesko Institute of cardiology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
