Object of research: process on the world market of the steel product and its influence on the enterprises production. Purpose of research: recommendations on organisation and realisation by process of marketing research of production good’s market to increase the efficacy of management system by enterprise in forming its production and economy strategic. Methods of research: system and complex approaches, comparative analysis, method of expert’s estimations. Results: concept and function model of marketing; classification of marketing research; model of enterprises management; structural logical scheme of complex market research of production goods market; model of development by world steel production; regulars of development of world steel market. Novelty: The necessity and conditions of realisation the market analytical function have been defined and based; the marketing research classification has been developed; the model of strategically management by enterprise has been proposed; the structural logical scheme of steel market complex research has been proposed; a set of methods for definition of home-trade level on region market, of type and market monopolisation level, for study of contemporary condition of technological process of metallurgical production have been proposed; the dynamic model by steel production and steel consumption with registration of cycle components has been proposed; the tendencies of structural reorganisation of Ukraine's steel plants have been established and based.
