Essay

The thesis considers the criminological peculiarities of the women criminal activity in modern Ukraine. The qualitative and quantitative analysis are performed. The special attention is paid to the criminality and criminal behaviour's determination of the women-prisoners. The criminological characteristics of the women crime main types (mercenary, aggressive, mercenary-violent) includes a statistic data analysis, social-demographic and psychological details as well. The crime prevention practice is concidered. Some crime preventive and re-establishment measures are proposed by author.
