To increase efficiency of the treatment of heart attack the influence of thrombolitic system therapy on pre-hospital, hospital stages and in intracoronary way was researched. It was cleared out, that thrombolitical therapy independently of the method of introduction of cabicinase is accompanied by favorable course of heart attack, recovers systolitic and diastolitic function of left ventricle, improves remote result.
