The present thesis is devoted to the problems of development of the method of mathematical modelling and building algoritms of medical processes diagnostics, forecasting and treatment on the basis of fuzzy set theory using expert information, and building on the basis of developed models and algoritms an automated intellectual support system in acute myocardial infarction period in conditions of partial and inexact information. The software package "CardioHelp" in intended for the work in clinical conditions and is a subsystem of medical establishment ACS.
