Essay

The thesis is devoted in problems of increasing treatment efficiency in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis by means of using a new native bacterial preparation"Blasten" in complex therapy on the basis of the evaluation of its immunomodulating properties. It has been established that the prescription of blasten is increasing ability of cells to spontaneous IL-1 and -2-production, in 50% cases - it in respect of IL-4 too wtat contributes in the reduction of the terms of inpatient treatment and decreases the number of bronchial exacerbations during the year. It is proposed to use the devaloped therapy scheeduie in patients with mild and middle degree of disiase severity and bronchial obstruction of the 1-2nd degree. The main results of the work were introduced into practice of therapeutists, pulmonologists and clinical immunologists.
