Essay

The subject of inquiry - energy consumption during hydroponic fodder production. The purpose of work: to find out the possibilities of usage of the exhaust air heat from poultry rooms for heating of hydroponic trays. Method of inquiry: single and three variable experiments. The results of the researches: the dependencies for determination of parameters of heat exchanger, dust separator, tray and its local heating methods. The usage of the energy consumption technology increases hydroponic mass yield on 7.1 per cent, decrease of usage of thermal energy on 15.4 per cent. Reliability of the work is experimentally proved. Results of the research are generalized in use at farms of Agro-Industrial Park of the Crimea.
