Essay

Investigation object: agriculture crops seed treater with rotary conical working device and seed treatment process. The purpose of researches: ground the process, parameters, construction and modes of treater working device functioning for realization of inertial-friction method of applying the substance to grain and legume seed, which provide high quality seed incrustation and exclude the seed injury. Methods of researches and equipment: analysis and synthesis, mathematical modeling and laboratory and productive experimentation, experiment planning, photocolorimeter analysis, mathematical statistics, equipment: dynamometer, apparatus for rotation measurement, photoequipments, analytic scales, wattmeter automatic recorder. Theoretical and practical results: regularity of caryopsis movement on conical working device, parameters and operation modes of treater working device, which increase the seed incrustation effectiveness. Novelty: the effectiveness grounding of inertial-friction method of applyingth e substance to the seed, working process, parameters and operation modes of grain and legume seed treater. Introduction: seed treater was manufactured and passed to five farms. Sphere of use: agricultural crops seed treatment (incrustation).
