Korunyak P. Substantiation of schemes and parameters impact grinding of grain.

The object of research: rotor and hammer crushers, a crushed product. The aim of research: to increase the efficiency of the rotor crushers operating process. Methods of research and the instruments used: analysis and synthesis, mathematical modelling, an experimental sample of the crusher and a complex of measuring equipment. Practical importance of the results: there have been worked out the schemes of the crusher operating in the vibration field as well as methodology of their engineerring calculation. Scientific novelty of the results oftained: four new schemes of crushers have been proposed; the operating process in these crushers takes place in a vibration field; a generalised mathematical model of the rotor crushers performance with the known and new schemes was worked out; the mathematical model of grinding the granular material was further developed; the effect of the machine parameters and material properties on the crushing process efficiency indexes has been studied. The stage of impleme ntation: engineering specifications and engineering calculation methodology have been worked out and offered to "Burshtynska Silhosptechnika" and "Lvivahroremmashpostach" Production Associations for practical implementation.
