The surgical methods of treatment of the upper micrognation combined with the stenosis of the dental rows were proposed. The tactic of the surgical treatment of the deforvation which depends on the clinical situation was developed. A device for fragments fixation of the upper alveolar process in correct position after the osteotomia has been worked out. The assessment of the treatment efficiency was performed according to the clinical data, X-ray tests, antropological measuring of jaw models in 24 patients. The rise of the treatment effectiveness in cases of the upper micrognation combined with the stenosis of the dental rows was achieved
