The thesis is devoted to Arabic commercial epistolary phenomenon as a specific genre of business communication. It is the first work to inquire into a question of linguistic specificity of Arabic commercial papers as an inseparable part of contemporary business communication. The material of Arabic commercial business official papers, drawn from original sources, published over the last 40 years by Arabic, European and native publishing houses, had been taken as a basis to analyse their linguistic specificity.
