Thesis is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of dental caries clinical course and substantiation of the preventive measures complex in the children residing for the long period of time in the condition of low doses exposure. Caries course of the teeth in the persons permanently living in conditions of low doses of radiation is characterized by the high level of caries intensity and prevalence. Peculiarities of enamel chemical composition of permanent teeth has demonstrated positively heightened level of chlorine and lowering of magnesium content in the teeth of the children - residents of the controlled territory.
