Synyachenko V. Combined treatment of children with acute laringotracheobronchostenosis.

This work describes the results of complex study of clynical, immunological parameters and instrumental methods of investigation at 144 children with acute laringotracheobronchostenosis. The comparative estimation of clynical symptoms and parameters was made in 69 children with taken combined treatment with the method of intratissular phonophoresis of medicamental drugs (corticosteroid and antibiotics), and also in 75 children with this pathology, which had taken traditional methods of treatment. The advantage of the proposed method of intratissular phonophoresis of medicamental drugs for treatment of acute laringotracheobronchostenosis in children will be substantiated in the experiments on the laboratory animals (rats Wistar). The introduction of new treatment method for combined management of children with acute laringotracheobroncho-stenosis allowed to achieve positive results such as: duration of this pathology has been reduced; duration of endotracheal intubation has been reduced therefore we had not indications for tracheostomy; the number of complications and recurrences of this pathology was reduced.
