Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of vestibular dysfunction of neurosensoring hearing loss of different genesis. Тhe work investigates influence of lesion of vestibular function at approach to treatment and diagnosis of neurosensoring hearing loss of different genesis.. There were determined clinical variants of proceeding of vestibular dysfunction of patients suffering from neurosensorial hearing loss and on it base was made analyze of hearing function of investigated patients. In 20% of cases patients suffering from neurosensorial hearing loss with socially-non adequate hearing had decompensative variant of proceeding of vestibular dysfunction. It was shown that patients with acute neurosensoring hearing loss with compensated variant of vestibular dysfunction had more favourable outcome for recovery of hearing. It was detected that 48% of patients suffering from chronical neurosensoring hearing loss (Usher syndrome) with decompensative vestibulardysfunction had socially- non adequate hear ing.With the help of sonography method it was studied state of the blood circulation at vertebro-basilar system of patients suffering from acute neurosensoring hearing loss with symptoms of vestibular dysfunction. It was established that frequent pathology of such patients is abnormality, in particular - hypoplasia. It was shown that adding of embryonic nervous tissue to the culture of inner ear of rats decrease toxic effect of antibiotics at neurosensoring epithelium.
