Тhe Generalized parodontitis, complicated by candidiasis determined in 62,76% patients of Precarpathion region. Particulartion clinical current of disease is determined as the clinic-laboratory studies: as number distinctivee complaints, exeed clinic- laboratory index. There are immunological and antigene of Candida in the blood. The way of pathogenetics treatment of the generalized parodontitis, complicated by candidiasis, is designed, wich includes: Dactarin, Immunal, "Sillard P". High efficiency of offered complex treatment is confirm in nearest and remote lines/ combined with the stenosis of the dental rows were proposed. The tactic of the surgical treatment of the deforvation which depends on the clinical situation was developed.
