Vlasenko D. Ideal models' social effectiveness of administrative and command system

The object of research is administrative and com- mand system. The task of research is a search of the most adequete by attitude to objective reality model of the administrative and command system of the control of the society. This search is not self-task, it carries out -to explain modern evolution of the crisis society, to ground on the author's conception of the struggle with the stabilizational programs on the commonstate and regional levels, for organization election compains, in elaboration of separate methodological problems of the social sciences and also duering teaching the politology and law in high school. Results of this dissertation, which may be used, are new. It is suggested to inclusion in work of the state establishments, it's now nclusion in the educational courses.
