Blazhenko S. Increasing effectiveness of extraction process in sugar production by using sections apparatuses.

The thesis is dedicated to a problem of intensification of an extraction processes in sugar production ground applications of a sectional apparatuses. On the basis theoretical and experimental researches the advantages heat- and mass- transfer with combined interaction of phases are determined during an annealing heat treatment of a sugar-beet cossettes of technical characteristics of a sectional apparatuses, quality indicators of received intermediates. As a result of the conducted activities the rotatory preheater of a sugar-beet cossettes of a sectional type is developed. The industrial tests of the technology extraction plant and designs of a rotatory preheater are conducted, the data about efficiency of its usage are submitted.
