The object of investigation: the educational upbringing process at an agritechnical college. The methods of the investigation: theoretical, empiric (modeling, observation, evaluating (by rates), section of knowledge, pedagogical experiment). Practical value of the investigation consists in: working out the qualifying demands to a junior specialist-electrician, working out the model, that foresees his goal-directed and productive training; introducing into the process of teaching of the majoring subject the methods of activation of students' educational - cognitive activity, the advanced technologies of studying (modulus-rating).
