Essay

The work presents the results of investigation the mineral density of bone tissue at the patients with primary osteoarthritis obtained in the study tests of x-ray dual energy densitometry. The investigation revealed the different conditions of bone tissue in patients with primary osteoarthritis - osteosclerosis, osteopenia and osteoporosis. The main scientific problem of this thesis theme is to study the connection with the condition of bone tissue and clinical symptoms and parameters of endogenous intoxication. On the basis of those data the different treatment programs using a classical acupuncture and fosamax were recommended for treating patients with primary osteoarthritis.
