Scientific work is devoted to the development of new technology of transversal strongness of the elements of the constructions of flying apparatus by using space arming fillers, their hybridisation and space arming of the material is made on the mycrolevel. It was worked out the methodics of choosing technological parameters of getting such fillers taking into consideration the type of using materials and the conditions of the expluatation of the product. There were made experemental investigations of the qualities of getting materials and typing elements of the constructions of flying apparatus. It was worked out technological process for getting steaking elements of different typosizes and rib covers.
