Transport. There are theoretical principles and methods of the organization of the after sale service. They are used to tackle the problems of enterprises marketing. The task was analyzed according to the after sale service in the most leading companies all over the world and enterprises in Ukraine. They worked out a scheme of goods realization on the after sale service conditions. They used to form the system of requirements and urgent tasks of consumers on the basis of the after sale service. A new category was suggested - a living consumer cycle. They made allowance for the task of making of the after sale service strategies and gave marketing purposes and tasks. They observed the problems of the after sale service in the system of traffic marketing.
